Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We primarily use Finnish Post (Posti) for our deliveries. Please note that standard shipping with Posti does not include a tracking number. If you prefer a shipping method with tracking, you can contact us to upgrade your shipping to UPS for an additional cost, which varies depending on your country.

Shipping outside of Europe may vary and might take longer time to get there with regular post. Shipping to Finnish address takes 1-5 business days.
